The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to prescribe the terms and conditions of use and procedures for all services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

7. Termination: An expression of intent by the Company or a Member to terminate the Service Agreement after using the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
If a Member does not agree to the modified Terms and Conditions, they may request to withdraw (terminate) their membership. If the Member continues to use the Service without expressing their refusal even after 7 days from the effective date of the modified Terms, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the changes.
① These Terms and Conditions shall take effect by being posted on the service screen or notified to users via the notice board or other methods.
② The Company may change the contents of these Terms and Conditions if deemed necessary. The modified Terms will be announced on the service screen. If the User continues to use the service after 7 days of such announcement without expressing refusal, they are deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.
③ If the User does not agree to the modified Terms, they may stop using the Service and cancel their membership registration. Continued use will be regarded as agreement to the changes, and the modified Terms will take effect in the same manner as mentioned above.
Article 4 (Applicable Provisions)
Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.
The Service Agreement is established by the Company's acceptance of the User's application and the User's agreement to the contents of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 6 (Application for Use)
The User can apply for use by recording their personal information in the application form required by the Company on the member information screen of the Service.
Article 7 (Acceptance of Application)
① The Company shall accept the application for service use unless there are special circumstances when the Member accurately records all matters in the application form.
② The Company may not accept the application in any of the following cases:
1. When the application is not made under one's real name.
2. When the application is made using another person's name.
3. When the contents of the application are found to be false.
4. When the application is made for the purpose of disturbing public order or social morals.
5. When other application requirements set by the Company are not met.
Article 8 (Change of Contract Matters)
Members must update their information if any of the details provided at the time of application have changed. The Member shall be held responsible for any problems arising from failing to update their information.
The Company shall not disclose or distribute the Member's personal information obtained in connection with the provision of services to a third party without the Member's consent. However, this shall not apply if there is a request from a state agency according to the provisions of laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, or for the purpose of criminal investigation, or other requests made through procedures set by relevant laws and regulations.
Article 10 (Obligations of Members)
① Members must not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:
1. Fraudulent use of another member's ID.
2. Reproducing, publishing, or providing information obtained from the Service to a third party.
3. Infringing on the Company's copyright, third-party copyrights, or other rights.
4. Disseminating contents that violate public order and morals.
5. Acts objectively judged to be associated with a crime.
6. Other acts that violate relevant laws and regulations.
② Members cannot engage in business activities using the Service, and the Company is not responsible for the results of such activities.
③ Members cannot transfer or donate the right to use the Service or any other status under the Service Agreement to another person, nor can they provide it as collateral.
① Members are responsible for the management and maintenance of their own emails, bulletin boards, registered materials, etc., as necessary.
② Members cannot arbitrarily delete or change data provided by the Company.
③ Members must not register contents on the Company's website that violate public order and morals or infringe on third-party rights, such as copyrights. All responsibilities for consequences arising from posting such materials shall rest with the Member.
Article 12 (Management and Deletion of Posts)
For efficient service operation, the Company may limit the memory space, message size, and storage period for Members. The Company may delete registered content without prior notice if it falls under any of the following categories:
1. Content that slanders another member or a third party, or damages their reputation through malicious claims.
2. Content that violates public order and morals.
3. Content judged to be associated with criminal activity.
4. Content that infringes on the Company's copyright, third-party copyrights, or other rights.
5. Content where a Member posts obscene material or links to obscene websites on the Company's website and bulletin boards.
6. Other cases judged to violate relevant laws and regulations.
Article 13 (Copyright of Posts)
The copyright of a post belongs to the person who posted it. Members may not use the materials posted on the Service for commercial purposes, such as processing or selling information obtained through the Service.
Article 14 (Service Hours)
In principle, the Service is available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there is a specific technical or operational obstacle. However, this shall not apply in cases of regular maintenance or other scheduled checks.
Article 15 (Responsibility for Service Use)
Users must not engage in hacking, linking to obscene sites, or illegal distribution of commercial software using the Service. The Company shall not be held responsible for the results of business activities, losses, or legal actions taken by relevant authorities resulting from a violation of this provision.
Article 16 (Suspension of Service Provision)
The Company may suspend the provision of services in the following cases:
1. Unavoidable circumstances such as construction or maintenance of service facilities.
2. When a telecommunications carrier prescribed in the Telecommunications Business Act stops telecommunications services.
3. When system inspection is required.
4. In other cases of force majeure.
① When a Member wishes to terminate the Service Agreement, the Member must apply for termination via the website, and the Company will take action after verifying the Member's identity.
② If a Member commits any of the following acts, the Company shall notify the User of its intent 30 days prior to termination and provide an opportunity to state an opinion:
1. Stealing another person's User ID and Password.
2. Deliberately interfering with the operation of the Service.
3. Applying for membership using false information.
4. Registering multiple times with different IDs by the same user.
5. Disseminating content that hinders public order and morals.
6. Acts that damage the reputation of others or cause disadvantages to others.
7. Transmitting large amounts of information or advertising information for the purpose of interfering with the stable operation of the Service.
8. Distributing computer virus programs that cause malfunction of information and communication facilities or destruction of information.
9. Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company, other members, or third parties.
10. Fraudulent use of another person's personal information, User ID, and Password.
11. Posting obscene materials or linking to obscene sites on one's own homepage or bulletin board.
12. Other cases judged to be in violation of relevant laws and regulations.
Members cannot transfer or donate the right to use the Service or any other status under the Service Agreement to another person, nor can they provide it as collateral.
Article 19 (Indemnification for Damages)
The Company shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by the Member in connection with services provided free of charge, except for cases where such damages are caused by the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 20 (Disclaimer Clause)
① The Company is exempt from responsibility for providing services if it is unable to do so due to natural disasters, war, or other equivalent force majeure events.
② The Company is exempt from liability for damages arising from unavoidable reasons such as maintenance, replacement, regular inspection, and construction of service facilities.
③ The Company is not responsible for obstacles in service use caused by the Member's fault.
④ The Company is not responsible for any expected profits the Member hoped to gain using the Service or for damages caused by data obtained through the Service.
⑤ The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information, materials, or facts posted by Members on the Service.
Article 21 (Jurisdiction)
If a lawsuit is filed regarding a dispute arising from the use of the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.
